How do I access my digital files?
Once your purchase is complete and payment is confirmed, your files will be available for instant download on the order confirmation screen. You’ll also receive an email with your download link so you can access your files anytime.
You can also log in to My Account anytime to re-download your purchases.
How do I place an order at Planner Love Club?
Shopping at Planner Love Club is quick and easy!
Find the product you want and click “Add to Cart”
In your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”
Fill in your contact details, including your name and email address
Choose your preferred payment method and click “Place Order”
Once your payment is confirmed, your file will be instantly available for download. You’ll also receive an email with your download link.

All payments are processed securely. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
Can I use my digital files on my phone?
Yes — as long as you have an app that supports PDF reading and annotation. However, for the best experience with digital planners and notebooks, we recommend using a tablet with a stylus (iPad, Samsung, or Xiaomi). Phone screens can make navigation and writing feel limited.
What app do I need to use my digital files?
Our digital notebooks and planners are interactive PDF files. You’ll need a PDF annotation app to use them:
iPad & mobile: GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes
Desktop: Adobe Acrobat Reader or any PDF reader
What file formats are available?

Can I share or resell the files?
No. All products sold at Planner Love Club are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or reproducing any file — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright law.
Each purchase grants a single-user license. If you’re interested in commercial licensing, please contact us at hello@plannerloveclub.com.
Can I print my digital files?
Yes! If you’d like a physical version, you’re welcome to print your PDF at home or at a print shop. Printing costs are not included in the product price.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds once payment has been confirmed and files have been accessed or downloaded.
