Nature of Digital Products
Digital products (such as planners, digital notebooks, and downloadable files) are fundamentally different from physical goods. By completing a purchase, you are acquiring access and a personal license to use the content — not a tangible item.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once payment is confirmed, your digital files are made available for immediate download. Because we cannot guarantee that a file has not been accessed, copied, or used after delivery, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on digital products.
This policy is consistent with standard digital goods practices and U.S. consumer protection guidelines: once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, the service is considered fulfilled.
